I swapped tomatoes and onions with a jar of salsa and only used beef to cut the amount in half. Served with our cream. It was very yummy. Thanks for the recipe.

The only thing I changed was adding a bag of shredded cabbage, because I needed some veggies to make it thicker. Simmered for 30 minutes .It was amazing, but will do less salt next time. Thanks for the recipe
