This soup is wonderful for fall. I added one jalapeño, Italian seasoning, garlic and red pepper for little more kick. I don't do can beans. I used frozen cut green beans instead. Next time, I will half the recipe. There is enough for at least ten people.
This is a quick an easy etouffee. I modified it by using two cans of Golden Cream of Mushroom soup and one drained can of Rotel. Enjoy over pasta or rice. It works with shrimp too.
