Noodles Alfredo.
This is THE PERFECT recipe for Alfredo sauce. I used Fettucini and cooked the recipe exactly as stated except I did not add parsley. The response from my family was overwhelming. This is a WONDERFUL recipe and I wll be making this often!!! Thanks Linda!

Chicken Enchiladas with Flour Tortillas.
This dish was terrific---followed the recipe to a "t"--the cream of mushroom soup makes it so creamy--you can't even taste it once the enchiladas are made--don't let that ingredient scare you off---great taste---would highly recommend!!!

Cranberry Apple Gelatin Mold.
This fruit salad is terrific! The changes I made were to use only one apple (it was more than plenty) and to use a combination of raspberry and cranberry jello (one packet of each). This seemed to cut out the excessive sweetness other reviewers mentioned. I also substituted almonds for walnuts. It was just perfect!

Gourmet Sweet Potato Classic
This dish was outstanding! I made it the night before and added the topping right before I popped it in the oven. I would highly recommend this sweet potato dish to anyone who would like a more elegant side dish.
