Summer Fruit Salad with Mint Dressing.
You select your favorite fruits. the flavor is really brought together by the syrup. I used watermelon, pineapple, strawberries, and blackberries. I mixed residual watermelon juice with the syrup and it gave a wonderful flavor. Super refreshing. It was a hit at the dinner party.

Banana Pudding II.
I love this recipe. I only like original homemade banana pudding. That instant stuff will never do. The smell of this simmering over the stove was wonderful. I didn't have a double boiler so a regular sauce pan works fine. I agree with another review and I mixed my eggs, sugar, cornstarch and milk before placing it over heat. Add wafers and bananas to taste. I like more wafers and less bananas. I took this to work and they LOVED IT. The absolutely cleaned the bowl.

Veronica's Hot Spinach, Artichoke and Chile Dip.
I used this recipe for a cooking challenge at work and won first place. Everyone loved it! I followed the recommendation of some other people and replaced the mayo with sour cream. I also sprinkled a healthy portion of parmesan cheese on top.
