I sauteed some white onions and baby bella mushrooms then removed them prior to patties going down. Added them back to gravy. No added sugar and used Hawaian sea salt

Added sambal oelek for garnish and sesame seeds, and did it with shrimp since i already had some thawed

I just add fresh cilantro at the end

I love how quick and easy it is I always have the ingredients for it already. I add bell pepper and garlic and that's it

I loved it. I used chick peas instead of kidney and the flavor was amazing. That was the only thing I changed
