Minor changes to mine. 2 T Garlic powder, 1.5 T Onion Powder, 1 T Kosher salt, all else the same. Used coffee grinder to complete the mixture. Turned out awesome! I think it makes a big difference over using water. Also boiled the vege’s after removing the meat. 15 min with on a strong boil gave me firm but not crunchy vegetables. I also saved the juice from the corned beef and boiled more vegetables in the juice since then. Makes for a great low-fat lunch This is a keeper! Could easily steam tech to 8. Thr dressing make A LOT. We jarred and refrigerated about 4 oz. Will definitely make this again. Didn’t get a chance to crust in thre oven due to the lack of thickness, but, woof! It was awesome, not too spicy at all. Will definitely make again!!
