OK with tweaks
I also added vanilla and walnuts. The tops were a little moist/spongy but I cooked them a little to long and got dark bottoms. Flavor was still good.

Chef John's Hawaiian-Style Ahi Poke
Didn't add ginger to marinade. Had tuna and shrimp, but was too long in marinade,even at 1 1/2 hours. Used 1/2 amount of soy and still salty. Tuna was good, added cucumbers, carrots and squeeze of lime.
