Mom’s Pasta pie

Had something similar to this at a diner and tweaked it for my kids

Ingredients

  • One cup penne noodles

  • One jar ragu or homemade sauce

  • 4 ounces shredded mozzarella cheese

  • 12-20 slices pepperoni

  • Parmesan cheese to sprinkle on top

Directions

  1. Boil noodles and lay them in a pie pan, layer the sauce on top, then spread the mozzella evenly, then add the pepperoni evenly across the cheese, then sprinkle with parmesan

  2. Bake at 375 for 30 minutes or till pepperoni crisps
