Chocolate Zucchini Bread Recipe.
Wow, this recipe is fantastic. I added a hefty dollop of sour cream to the wet ingredients and a few tablespoons of cocoa powder to the dry ingredients. I also sprinkled flour on the chocolate chips so they wouldn't sink. I over-greased my pans. One stuck and the other - a much higher quality pan - came out absolutely perfect. This bread is delicious and will not last long in my home. What a treat!
