My niece requested a chocolate chip cookie cake for her birthday. I usually just make one giant cookie but I wanted to make something with layers this time. This cake was PERFECT! I measured the dough and divided it into three equal parts and put the measured dough into three 9", parchment paper-lined pans. They came out great! After cooling completely, I iced and layered them, and then added some decorations! I baked it the night before and it was wonderful the next day for her birthday! It tasted great! Everyone has seconds 😋 I wouldn't change a thing!

This turned out great! I did make extra frosting to coat the top as well. It was very chocolately and delicious. I appreciated that it was a different twist on a cake.
I made these a bit differently from the recipe by cutting the chicken into strips. I also broiled them for a few minutes before taking them out of the oven. Everyone who ate them liked them alot.
I recently used this recipe to make peanut butter cup cupcakes, as I have found that my former recipe produces cupcakes that are quite dry. Even though I had not made peanut butter cup cupcakes for several months, my family instantly noticed a positive difference in these cupcakes. They were praised for being extra-moist and having good peanut butter flavor.
This ice cream is unbelieveably good. I recently cut Splenda (and therefore store-bought ice cream)out of my diet. I made this using 1\3 cup plus 1 and 1\2 tablespoons Truvia instead of the sugar. This is much better than the sugar-free ice creams from the store, and I highly recommend using Truvia in this recipe if you are looking for a healthy dessert.
Since we recently discovered we love chipotle, I've been making recipes that include it. This dish did deliver great chipotle flavor, but it had a few flaws. The biggest problem was that the shrimp mixture got very juicy. The juices were the most flavorful part of the dish, but if you put them on the taco they would make the tortilla mushy. So we kind of ended up eating it as a soup instead. A more minor problem, related to the first, was that the bacon was soggy. I'll keep this recipe in mind the next time I want a flavorful soup. I will add some vegetables and sprinkle bacon on top instead of stirring it in.
Despite having no beer, only a cup of bread flour, and no bread machine, these turned out great. I used water instead of beer, all purpose flour with my remaining bread flour, and kneaded the dough by hand. Everyone was crazy over them! The soft pretzels were wonderful. Even the meat lover of the family was unraveling it from the hot dog and it eating it plain.
