Peppy's Pita Bread.

This recipe was fantastic. I used my Kitchenaid mixer and proofed it in the oven for 45 minutes. Will use this in my regular bread prep from now on. Thank you.

Cream of Mushroom Soup.
I made this recipe for a beef stroganoff since my daughter is lactose intolerant and can't have the store made versions of mushroom soup. the only thing I did to this recipe was add more mushrooms, which I did not puree, just kept in larger slices, added a little bit of parsley and lactose free cream. it was absolutely delicious!! will definitely be making this again.

I make this salad all of the time. Can't get enough of it, and every time I make it to take to a function, I get asked for the recipe!! Good Job!!!

Butternut Squash Soup with Cream Cheese.
this soup was delicious! I did double the marjoram and added a tbsp of Jamaican curry powder. I also cut the cream cheese by half and used reduced fat version. Definitely a make again recipe.

Greek Lemon Chicken and Potato Bake.
I have made this a number of times. I've substituted the lemon herb mixture with lemon pepper, and then cut down on the pepper that the recipe calls for. I also like to marinate my chicken and potatoes (in separate bags of course) for a while prior to baking. It is a huge hit, every time!

Asian Pork Burger.
I haven't tried this recipe yet, but am going to tonight. I was looking for a ground pork recipe and stumbled upon this. It looks delicious. A suggestion for Mrs. J (who is gluten intolerant) - I too am gluten intolerant. When I have a recipe that requires breadcrumbs, I usually substitute them with either cooked quinoa or Udi's Gluten free Multigrain Bread. If I use the bread, I just crumble up slices to the amount required in the recipe. I even used it this year at Christmas to stuff my turkey, and nobody knew the difference. Hope this helps to make your recipe turn out the way it should when you try it again. Also, if you are gluten intolerant, you should check the labels on the teriyaki sauce and soya sauce. Soya sauce definitely has wheat in it. Anyhow, I'm looking forward to it. I couldn't submit my comment without giving it a rating, so for now it's 5 stars.
