Very good. Simple and tasty, my kind of recipe.

Very good. Rather than boiling the jam and pouring it over, I just spread it over the crust and topped with the raspberries.

I wanted to love this but didn’t. They didn’t look appetizing nor taste appetizing.

Good but not great. I won’t lie, the prunes are a turnoff.

This recipe as written doesn’t work as well as it does after some adjustments. I don’t like crunchy onions in my soup (who does?) so I added some dried minced onion and let it simmer when I added the potatoes. Just for preference I used half chicken broth and half milk. I liked cooking the potatoes in the microwave, that’s a genius hack.
