I went by the recipe 100%. According to everyone who has tasted it the crumbles are a little to large (my fault). I found it to be slightly bland but again I think I can adjust that. Overall I loved it and will be making it again with a few tweaks.

Worked as advertised. I’ve made this a couple of times and had the same results every time.

I used salted butter and cut the actual salt down to a 1/4 tsp. I increased the corn starch to 4 tsp. Without a doubt one of my all time favorite recipes.

The strawberry mixture was very good. The cobbler (topping) was very flat. I may try it again and add some baking soda to the cobbler part. Also, I followed what others had said about adding more corn starch to the strawberry mixture. I still needed to add more as I would have liked it even thicker. Overall it was good and if you stick to the original recipe I would suggest eating it warm with some vanilla ice cream.

I had a bag of generic mini PB cups and found this recipe. I had all of the other ingredients on hand as well. They turned out awesome. Moist and very flavorful. Could easily become my favorite brownie recipe.
