Delicious! As someone else suggested I used oil instead of butter in the muffins. Added an extra banana to get to a full dozen. I also added some rough cut pecans to both the muffins and topping. Will make again soon!

Made a double batch for a large Christmas party (60+) and it was the first thing gone from the buffet table. I served it warm with pita chips and used fresh spinach vs. frozen. For my taste the next batch I'll try half the ranch called for and maybe add a little extra shredded mozzarella. Kudos for a great go to recipe!
