Added about 1/2 cup of extra flour as batter very runny. Did make 6 cupcakes from it also ... or might have overflowed pan as it does rise a lot. Does take longer to cook . But pretty good. I did substitute avocado oil for canola and used natural cane sugar instead of white sugar.
These are great for breakfast. I used Scottish oatmeal as store was out of oat bran. Replaced chocolate chips with peanut butter chips and switched nuts to raisins. Great quick brekkie for my daughter !
