Hawaiian Bread I Recipe.
Great texture! Used banana baby food as another reviewer suggested, as I'm not a huge fan of banana flavor and didn't want it to come through too much. Also realized late in the game that I didn't have any bread flour on hand, so I used all purpose and it still came out great! I did need to add a small amount of water to get that perfect dough ball, but not much at all. Will definitely make again, and sent this recipe to my mom for her to try out as well.
