Roasted Zucchini Casserole Recipe.
This recipe is so good! I followed some of the other reviewer’s advice and added some things. Mixed sauce with pasta before putting in dish, added layer or mozzarella cheese, layer of zucchini and topped with parmigiana cheese. I also added a little garlic, fresh basil and oregano. Delicious! So I gave the recipe 4 stars since I added some ingredients. Ate half tonight. The rest will be dinner tomorrow.

Sweet and Simple Lemon Tart.
We thought this lemon tart was really nice. Couple things I did different 1. used cold butter with other ingredients in food processor to make crust and 2. didn’t bother measuring lemon zest or juice. I zested one good sized lemon and used all the juice.

Savory Chicken Breasts
Delicious! I added a little bit of garlic powder and dried minced onion. I also took others’ advice, mixing butter to panko bread crumbs and spreading on top last 30 minutes. We will definitely be having this again.

Yummy! I left out the thyme and used a Bisquick 7.5 oz biscuit mix prepared according to the package with 1/2 cup water. It came out perfect. My biscuit topping was golden brown and not mushy underneath at all. I added some peas since we love them. My hubby raved about it. He said that recipe was a definite keeper!
