Air-Fried Crispy Fish Po' Boys with Chipotle Slaw Recipe.

I only used the fish portion of this recipe, as my wife does not like mayo and I used a vinegar based recipe for the cole slaw. I did use a cajun seasoning for the fish instead of the mix for the breading, but other than that followed the other parts of the recipe.Family did enjoy, and this was my first time using an air fryer for fish, but will try it again.

Best Vinegar Coleslaw.
A keeper!
Easy to follow
I did not make any changes, as I never do when making a recipe for the first time (unless dietary/portion). The wife really enjoyed it, which is who I made it for since she does not like mayo and needed an alternative. Our daughter also really enjoyed and had seconds.

Shrimp and Asparagus Fettuccine
I give this recipe give stars because it's a solid base for expansion. So I added artichokes, and didn't use Old Bay, but my preferred Seafood magic seasoning by Chef Paul seasoning and my five yr old ate it up.
I truly think for seasoning it's family preference. My wife is not a seafood fan, but likes that seasoning.
