Great recipe for using up my pumpkin puree! The glaze is amazing. I got 11 donuts using 4 Tbsp batter per well. 2 of them I left unglazed, so I had some extra glaze and threw in some more pecans to basically make pecan pralines. Thanks for the recipe!
Great! Store didn’t have dark corn syrup, so I used light with a couple tablespoons of molasses. It set fine. I did cover the crust with foil the last five minutes. No problems cutting through the peanuts. Guests loved it! Even my son who doesn’t like pie (but loves peanut butter) liked it.
