I made as is and we loved it. The salt did NOT dry out the ribs, but I would use a little less salt next time. Baked ribs at 300 for 3 hours in foil, then uncovered, slathered on some sauce and baked at 350 for another 30 minutes. Perfect! Wish I would have made three racks at once.
