Tasty Baked Mac and Cheese Recipe.
Good recipe. I will not use parchment paper next time, it started ripping off with the serving spoon.
I added additional spices: curry, paprika, tumeric, garlic, ginger.
I also added additional cheese flavors & frozen peas.

Vegetarian Mexican Rice Recipe.
I used a rice cooker & tweaked the recipe to my liking. (less tomato sauce, more spices) took a little longer in the rice cooker but less effort while making other parts of my taco dish

Breakfast Sausage Casserole.
This is a great base recepie that you can customize to any taste! My custom changes: to add a 'crust' get a pillsbury crossant package, and unroll the whole package and place it on the bottom of your 9x13 (after using your favorite non-stick spray). Its great for vegitarians also, I used diced veggies & boca 'veggie crumbles' instead of sausage and it was a HIT! Have fun with it!
