Made this dish for our community St Pat's Day party and everyone loved it! I didn't have any parsley so used cilantro for an extra zing. Nothing left to take home! Will make again. :-)

Don’t change a thing leave it alone. It’s absolutely delightful to look at and to eat. He hesitated adverse to eat. It was so cute, but it was eaten! You lost out this time grinch!

Bacon-Ranch Chicken Enchiladas
These were really good! I used crumbled bacon with jalapeno in it to give it a little bit of heat. I will be making these again! Thanks!

Slow Cooker Chicken Pot Pie Stew
We really enjoyed this and will be making again but like others I felt there was way too much salt in it. I used fresh garlic in place of the garlic salt . I served it over egg noodles per my daughters request next time I may try serving it over some sort of biscuit. Thanks for sharing!

Chef John's Meatless Meatballs

Baked Kale Chips
Made these exactly as written. My problem with them is they do not keep. They are crispy to start but if you dont finish them they soften up. I will make them again just in a smaller batch.
