I followed recipe as written except I didn't add barley because I didn't have any. I used veggie broth instead of water and add some fresh sage. It thickened up nicely as it cooled. A delicious and filling soup on a cold winter's night. Will definitely make again. Thanks for sharing.

Absolutely delicious!! Sprayed foil well with cooking spray. No issue with sticking. Followed recipe exactly but put nuts on wax paper to cool. These nuts are so addicting-once you start eating them you can't stop. Thanks for sharing Chef John

So simple and easy to make. I only added about 12 ounces of the whipped topping and extra pumpkin pie spice So it would have more of a pumpkin taste. I served it with vanilla wafers and spiced wafers (the spiced wafers really tasted delicious with the dip). It was a huge hit!! Thanks for sharing

So moist and delicious . It's awsome that it makes 2 loaves-the second one can be frozen or given away. After being frozen, the loaf tastes just as delicious. Made receipe as written. Thanks for sharing. Only zucchini bread I will make now!!
