A keeper! Easy to follow Great flavors
The verdes sauce was so delicious and easy to make! I made it by myself and added some shredded chicken thighs I had made the day before. Once I was done rolling the tortillas I placed them in a baking dish and put the leftover cheese on top and baked @ 350 degrees for about 20 minutes to heat everything through.Just an extra bit for you I used leftovers the next day to make stuffed bell peppers! Delicious! I put some jack cheese in the bottom of the peppers, stuffed them with the enchiladas, more cheese on top, baked 30 minutes at 325 degrees covered with foil then removed the foil and baked for an additional 30 minutes. (I did oil the dish)😋

Great flavors
I used freeze dried green onions and sour cream in place of the egg and heavy cream. Delicious!
