Very good! I added 1/2 tsp of MSG and a tablespoon of Good Luck Chili to my second batch and it was amazing!!!

Easy to follow
We all thoroughly enjoyed this recipe. It was very refreshing. I scaled the recipe down to just under half. I did a little guestimation on the amounts. Will most definitely be making again.

I loved how easy it was to make, the cost per person served was phenomenal. This alone filled six adults. Bonus points for not being able to taste the imitation crab.

My whole family thought this salad was wonderful. They want it again tomorrow. I followed the recipe, with a slightly scant measure of sugar because my family prefers a bit of tartness. Oh, and I used English cucumbers because we didn't have Persian.

This recipe is an absolute beauty! It's a great recipe for beginners to join as it is super easy to make and it is almost impossible to screw up. Additionally, there is definitely no disappointing bites lemon bars is oozing with flavor in every single bite! The addition of the small amount of salt is a great one as it makes the shortbread portion extra delicious. Lastly, the tips infused in this recipe (such as poking the cookie with a fork to ensure that it bakes flatly) is a great addition by the chef!
Great job on the recipe! Looking forward to making this again!
