I think what I like best about this recipe is that they came out of the oven moist and stayed moist, I feel like some recipes end up being a bit dry and this one definitely was not. Used my bread machine - it has a dough setting so it made it a lot easier for me, I didn’t have to knead anything! I used 5 tablespoons of cornstarch. It came out very thick which was perfect for having a firm pie. Also added a teaspoon of espresso powder which gave it a delicious flavor, really something special! Helpful (2)
