Worth the effort
Made the recipe today with tomatos and peppers from the garden. Great flavor. I added some cumin, ginger, hungarian paprika and tumeric just because I did. Consistency is great and the taste is really good. Made 10 pints with 30 tomatoes that were a little smallish. Will definitely make again.
