Pizza Dough

Ingredients

  • 2 1/2 c flour

  • 2 3/4 tsp baking powder

  • 1/2 Tbl Italian Spice

  • 1 tsp sugar

  • 1/4 tsp salt

  • 1 Tbl parm cheese or nutritional yeast

  • 1 Tbl oil

  • 1 c water

  • Pizza stick butter:

  • 1/4 c melted butter

  • 1/4 tsp garlic powder

  • 1/8 tsp salt

  • 1/2 Tbl parmesan or nutritional yeast

Directions

  1. Mix dry ingredients. Add water and oil. Stir until it forms a ball.

  2. The dough should be soft, not sticky. Knead on a floured surface for 3-4 minutes, adding 1 TBL of flour if sticky, and repeating as necessary.

  3. For pizza add sauce and toppings and bake at 400°F for 15-25 minutes, lifting pizza and ensuring that middle has browned.

  4. For pizza sticks, roll into 1/2 inch ropes about 3" long and brush with oil. Bake on a parchment lined baking sheet at 400°F for 10 mins flipping after 5. Remove from oven, brush with pizza stick butter. Serve with pizza sauce.
