Ingredients

2 1/2 c flour

2 3/4 tsp baking powder

1/2 Tbl Italian Spice

1 tsp sugar

1/4 tsp salt

1 Tbl parm cheese or nutritional yeast

1 Tbl oil

1 c water

Pizza stick butter:
-
1/4 c melted butter
-
1/4 tsp garlic powder
-
1/8 tsp salt
-
1/2 Tbl parmesan or nutritional yeast
Directions

Mix dry ingredients. Add water and oil. Stir until it forms a ball.

The dough should be soft, not sticky. Knead on a floured surface for 3-4 minutes, adding 1 TBL of flour if sticky, and repeating as necessary.

For pizza add sauce and toppings and bake at 400°F for 15-25 minutes, lifting pizza and ensuring that middle has browned.

For pizza sticks, roll into 1/2 inch ropes about 3" long and brush with oil. Bake on a parchment lined baking sheet at 400°F for 10 mins flipping after 5. Remove from oven, brush with pizza stick butter. Serve with pizza sauce.
