Ingredients

  • 1/3 bag peeled shrimp

  • 1 small can bamboo shoots

  • 1/2 cup sliced fresh mushrooms

  • 1 small can water chestnuts

  • sugar peas

  • english peas

  • whole onion, thin sliced

  • 3 chicken boullion cubes

  • 1/2 cup peanuts

  • oyster sauce

  • cornstarch

  • Salt

  • Old bay

  • Died thai chilis

  • red pepper flakes

Directions

  1. Marinate shrimp in old bay

  2. fry onions, peanuts, bamboo, chestnuts, mushrooms. add dried chilies an dpepper flakes. Add oyster sauce (liberal amount) and chicken cubes

  3. Add shrimp

  4. Add cornstarch mixed with water

  5. snap peas and peas.... salt to taste

  • Serve with hot jasmine rice
