Baked beautifully My edges didn't stay crimped tightly all the way around, but I love how much this reminds me of a pie my grandma would've made for us. Unfortunately, I won't be eating this one as it's for a client to take to her father for his birthday! But it's one I will proudly deliver to her.

What a great chocolate chip cookie! I did 1/3 whole wheat flour and forgot to add the nuts (most coworkers prefer without anyways). They are perfectly chewy and delicious! I'm waiting for the last two to come out of the oven--I added unsweetened coconut to these two...I am anxious to try them!
