I actually made as written. Not your traditional black bean soup in a great way. Partner definitely wants me to make this again.

Yes, I did adapt to what I had on hand veggie-wise, but I believe that is part of the appeal of this recipe. Soothing and delicious.

Partner says definitely wants it again, but it's drier than his preference. Next time will add more broth.

I like the concept but results are a bit bland.
