These rolls easily replaced my regular roll recipe. Not only are they easy to make, but they are delicious. I substituted AP flour because that is all I had. It worked perfectly. The rolls were light, airy, and fluffy. They were the hit of our Easter dinner.

This turned out really nice. I omitted the dry chili because I didn't have it but otherwise followed the recipe. Silly me went a little heavy on the green sauce. I was eyeballing 1 cup and ended up with about one and a half. It turned out very spicy but delicious.

I used this recipe to cook the adorable baby patty pan squash and baby zucchini that I had. To make it into a meal, I added left over chicken fajitas and served it over plain fettucine pasta. It was very good. I omitted the optional spinach simply because I did not have any. While this is good as is, next time, I may add lemon zest and a little bit of dry red pepper flakes.

This was very easy to prepare and was very tasty. The only thing I will do different next time is add some diced jalapeño to spice it up a bit.

This was so simple and it turned out really good.

The salad itself is beautiful! The dressing color is a little off putting to us and the taste was just ok. I followed the recipe except for subbing romaine lettuce. Neither my husband or I finished our salad. I kept thinking lime juice would have been a better dressing. Everyone has their own taste. BBQ ranch dressing sounded so good to me but I learned I am not a fan. If you know you like it, go for it!
