Submitted by Jaana Smith Bauman Published on April 14, 2013 Save Rate Print Share Add Photo Prep Time: 10 mins Cook Time: 1 mins Total Time: 11 mins Servings: 6 Cook Mode (Keep screen awake) Ingredients 6 warmed flour tortillas 1 lbs cooked pulled pork 1 12 ounce jar Herdez Traditional Chipotle Mexican Cooking Sauce Coleslaw: 1 bag coleslaw mix 2 tablespoons canola oil 2 tablespoons freshly squeezed lime juice 1/4 thinly sliced red onion 3/4 cup coarsely chopped cilantro salt to taste Sour cream lime wedges for garnish Directions Add jar of Herdez Traditional Chipotle Mexican Cooking Sauce to pulled pork in slow cooker or on stove top. Cook until heated through Combine oil and lime juice. Add coleslaw mix, red onion, coarsely chopped cilantro and salt to taste. Toss to combine. Assemble taco: half cup meat, quarter cup coleslaw, chopped tomatoes and a dab of sour cream. Serve with a lime wedge.
