This recipe was relativly easy and so delicious. I made 10 of them so doubles the mousse recipe..My family loved eating the leftovers..and so did I. hehe I had some homemade caramel left from Halloween...so melted that, added pecans and a little caramel syrup. It worked awesome.

This was a very good way to boil the potatoes. The broth gave them good flavor. I added smoked roated garlic, sour cream, cheese and bacon to them..My family all loved it.

This stuffing was a little blah compared to what we are used to.. I had to add sage, sausage, apple, and craisins to really enjoy it. It's a good starter recipe tho.

I oven roasted my veggies as I do not like them steamed. I added garlic. The flavor of the boost was good..just not knock your socks off great.

My family loved these biscuits. I am know for my hockey puc biscuits and am a seasoned cook...but still am never able to make good fluffy biscuits, no matter what recipe I try. My son said "I hope u saved the recipe, because these are the best biscuits you have ever made...pleae don't make any other kind" With a compliment like that, you know I will never make any others. I did use 3 cups of white whole wheat flour and 2 cups of AP flour instead of all white flour. I also used butter instead of shortening. It worked great.

This caramel corn was very good and so muuch easier than making my usual popcorn balls...no burnt hands either..I do like the flavor of my Pop's molasses popcorn balls a bit better tho. These were a big hit at my Halloween party.
