This recipe looked interesting and worth a try and I'm so glad I tried it. Will be making this again and again! The dressing wasn't enough to coat everything, so I added more olive oil, honey, and cider vinegar. I also used simmered cranberries instead of dried because that was what I had on hand. Will use them again as they added more to the dressing and made it a nice color! I didn't have lemons on hand so I used lemon juice. This one is a keeper! Great taste and easy to make. Wanted more sauce so next time I will use more butter and add a splash of white wine. I made half a batch and did not layer with the lettuce because we wanted to try it as is cold and then heated up. Both options were fantastic! Tasty snack and great for weekdays or parties! Will make again! Helpful (0) Liz Dalton 'Lizzie' reviewed Peggy Oliver’s Honey Mustard Broccoli. 3 weeks ago Nice and easy way to perk up Broccoli! I definitely used a bit more honey mustard and olive oil than 2 tablespoons each because I didn't want it to dry out. It came out nicely roasted with some crispy bits and had a nice tangy flavor! Will make again and again! I served this with baked salmon, and they were perfect together! I usually relate lemon juice with Greek recipes, but the orange juice is a nice twist! I used chicken breasts because that's what we like, and I added a carrot and half a red onion that was on hand. I also added more oregano and some garlic powder. Easy to make and everything was moist and very tasty! Will make again! Helpful (0)
