Loved it! This recipe looked interesting and worth a try and I'm so glad I tried it. Will be making this again and again! The dressing wasn't enough to coat everything, so I added more olive oil, honey, and cider vinegar. I also used simmered cranberries instead of dried because that was what I had on hand. Will use them again as they added more to the dressing and made it a nice color!

I love garlic and lemon with chicken and I loved this! I didn't have lemons on hand so I used lemon juice. This one is a keeper! Great taste and easy to make. Wanted more sauce so next time I will use more butter and add a splash of white wine.

This was very good! So good we ate half of it before I could take the picture! I subbed shredded cheddar cheese for the Cotija and used parsley instead of the cilantro. lots of options to add to this too! Will make again!

So easy to make and the topping options are endless! I made half a batch and did not layer with the lettuce because we wanted to try it as is cold and then heated up. Both options were fantastic! Tasty snack and great for weekdays or parties! Will make again!

Nice and easy way to perk up Broccoli! I definitely used a bit more honey mustard and olive oil than 2 tablespoons each because I didn't want it to dry out. It came out nicely roasted with some crispy bits and had a nice tangy flavor! Will make again and again! I served this with baked salmon, and they were perfect together!
