As with all recipes I adjusted a bit for our tastes. My husband loves this sauce sooo much that he wants to keep a batch in the fridge for sandwiches etc.
Have been trying to duplicate a commercial 12 grain bread that we love. This was the closest I’ve found and is GREAT!
I did make some changes..
I used my bread maker to mix and knead the dough, used bread maker yeast, honey instead of sugar, olive oil in lieu of coconut oil. Reduced the yeast but will increase a bit for next loaf.
I used seeds on hand - sunflower, poppy, quinoa and flax. I didn’t feel there were enough seeds so added quite a bit more of each (not good at measuring/I’m afraid.
Placed formed dough into bread pan and let rise before baking.
