Awesome Slow Cooker Pot Roast.
This truly was/is AWESOME!!! I made this for my new housemate and I swear if I would have put my hand anywhere near his mouth I would have been missing fingers... The video that goes with this recipe was very helpful too. We are having leftovers tonight and Pot Roast shakes tomorrow!!! LOL Definitely a keeper.

This was good, but when I added the garlic and onions and sauted all together I was told it tasted "bitter". I enjoyed it, but my company didn't. Oh well, lesson learned.

Slow-Cooked German Short Ribs.
Excellent recipe!!! Made this last night for dinner. Used Almond Flour because my friend is gluten intolerant. Definite keeper!

This recipe is out of this world... I wanted to try something different this year and WOW! This was the greatest addition to the holiday table. I don't drink so I used less alcohol than the recipe calls for and it turned out just fine. Next year I'll try it with no alcohol. Just addicting!!!
