This turned out great. Made basically as-is. I was worried it was going to be too much chicken, but it wasn’t. I also think you could make without and just increase the sausage and shrimp. I didn’t even bother dicing the chicken, just cooked the thighs (not breasts!) whole and then lightly shredded as I served. Def will make again!

First, caramelizing sugar seemed like a bit much for this recipe, but I followed the directions, and everything went smoothly! Second, in Seattle, the only place I could get the cheesecake filling was Walmart! But, my 9yr old has been asking to try the new Mr Beast chocolate bar (also Walmart exclusive) so the trip seemed worth it. The sugar hardened before I got to the final zest, but these still came out amazing.Just like the description says: creamy, tangy, and delightfully crunchy

Quick and easy

I didn't love this. I felt like it was a good base, but just needed more flavor. I think next time I might add a bunch of garlic — or at the very least tons of salt and pepper.
