Not spicy enough as a Gingerbread. Followed recipe but it was more aromatic than tasting like Gingerbread. Dry texture, too.

This was delicious! Perfect use of the frozen nectarines I had lingering in my freezer from last year. @LoneQuack mentioned using mango if you didn’t have orange and that’s what I did. Super tasty!

I love this bread. I have made it into muffins the last 3 times I have made it. Like a few others, I have added more cinnamon, ginger and cloves.
