Ingredients

1/2 medium onion, diced

1/2 large zucchini, diced

3 slices of bacon

1 cup of shredded cheddar chees

5 large eggs

1 cup of whole milk

1 teaspoon of garlic pepper

pinch of salt
Directions

set a large skillet to medium high heat and add a tablespoon of olive oil. once the oil begins to shimmer add the onions and zucchini and cook for 3 -4 minutes. Set it aside.

Cook bacon until it is crispy. Chop it up on a cutting board

in a large bowl whisk together eggs and milk and add garlic pepper.

preheat the oven to 375 degrees. brush a 9 inch pie plate with olive oil

add the cooked vegetables and bacon to the pie plate. Sprinkle with cheese and pour the egg mixture over the top

bake in the oven for 40 minutes until center is set.
