Moe's / Dotdash
The national food holiday powers-that-be have really spoiled us this week, giving us not only National Cheeseburger Day but also National Queso Day within just three days of each other.
We're entering the cheesiest week of the year, and luckily, some of our favorite fast-food chains are helping us celebrate with amazing deals. The most exciting of which, in my opinion, is free queso from a staple Southwest grill: Moe’s.
Moe’s queso is hands down my favorite cheese dip of all time (once even a routine part of my day), and I’m not alone in this thinking. It’s been called the “best in the fast-casual game”—better than Chipotle, Shake Shack, and even Taco Bell.
If you’ve never had it, I’ll give you the rundown. It’s a silky-smooth white queso, creamy enough to coat your chip, but light enough to not get clumpy. Made with three melted cheeses and diced jalapeños, it has maximum cheese flavor with the perfect amount of spice. Not to be dramatic, but when you’re eating a warm bowl of Moe’s queso with an endless basket of chips, all feels right in the world. Exhibit A:
And on September 20, you can get this feel-good cheese dip for free.
How to Get Free Moe's Queso This Week
In honor of National Queso Day (9/20), Moe’s Southwest Grill is offering all guests a free cup of its signature queso at participating Moe’s locations. Yep, every customer can get their own personal cup of queso—no purchase necessary.
But the queso fest doesn’t stop there. As part of the week-long Free Queso Celebration, Moe’s Rewards Members will receive a free side of queso with each visit from September 19 to 24 (limit one per day) at participating Moe’s locations.
For more food holiday freebies, make sure to utilize the apps of your favorite restaurants—they’re crucial to cashing in on exclusive deals.
Now, between one-cent Wendy’s cheeseburgers on Monday and free cups of queso on Wednesday, it sounds like we’ve got quite a busy week ahead of us.
