Krispy Kreme Has a New Partnership With Your Favorite Candy Brand

Name a bad time to enjoy a doughnut, we’ll wait...We mostly ask because we can’t think of one ourselves—any day’s a good day for a doughnut, especially a doughnut made by two of our favorite brands.

Obviously, Krispy Kreme is known for its beloved Original Glazed doughnuts. And while we understand you can never go wrong with a classic, we particularly love Krispy Kreme for its inventive flavors and brand partnerships that it rolls out practically every month. 

No one can forget the iconic “Scooby-Doo” collection for Halloween or the sweet doughnuts topped and filled with crunchy M&M’s last summer. Now, Krispy Kreme is teaming up with another iconic candy brand for an all-new collection of four doughnut flavors. Krispy Kreme and Hershey’s are introducing the indulgent, decadent, over-the-top Chocomania Collection.

This isn’t the first time the doughnut chain has partnered with Hershey’s—in fact, they release new doughnuts together practically every year. However, the flavors this time around are all brand new—and all sound outrageously delicious. 

The collection includes Hershey’s Galaxy Brownie, Hershey’s Black & White Chocolate Chip Dream, Hershey’s Chocolate Cake Overload, and Hershey’s Chocolate Iced doughnuts. Each doughnut is made with some form of Hershey’s chocolate—whether that be dark chocolate fudge, milk chocolate icing, or chocolate buttercream. Talk about a chocolate lover’s paradise.

The Hershey’s Galaxy Brownie flavor isn’t a brownie at all, but rather a doughnut filled with Hershey’s Special Dark Fudge Kreme and coated with Hershey’s chocolate icing, crunchy brownie pieces, and rainbow sprinkles.

Hershey’s Black & White Chocolate Chip Dream starts with an Original Glazed doughnut dipped in white icing and topped with Hershey’s chocolate icing and mini chocolate chips to resemble a black and white cookie.

The Hershey’s Chocolate Cake Overload variety is a Hershey’s fudge old-fashioned cake doughnut topped with Hershey’s milk chocolate icing and Hershey’s dark chocolate fudge buttercream.

Finally, Hershey’s Chocolate Iced doughnut is a simple Original Glazed dunked in Hershey’s milk chocolate icing and finished with a chocolate drizzle.

All four doughnuts will join Krispy Kreme’s menu on Feb. 19, where they’ll be sold by the dozen or á la carte for a limited time. 

Obviously, these doughnuts sound way too good to miss out on. Luckily you won't have to, even if you don’t live near a Krispy Kreme. The Chocomania Collection will also be available in a six-pack at select grocery stores nationwide.
