Ingredients

Original recipe (1X) yields 12 servings

  • 2 (8 ounce) packages cream cheese, softened

  • 12 ounces smoked salmon, chopped

  • 2 tablespoons chopped green onion

  • 1 teaspoon chopped fresh dill weed

  • 3 dashes Worcestershire sauce

  • 3 drops hot pepper sauce

Directions

  1. Stir cream cheese in a bowl until no longer in block form. Add salmon, green onion, dill, Worcestershire sauce, and hot pepper sauce; mix until well combined.

Cook’s Note

You can add capers if desired for more flavor. Spoon the spread into a mold and chill before serving for a nice presentation.
