Original recipe (1X) yields 4 servings 1 cup all-purpose flour 1 ½ teaspoons baking powder 1 teaspoon baking soda 1 teaspoon salt 1 cup almond flour 1 tablespoon sugar 2 cups low-fat plain yogurt 2 eggs, lightly beaten 1 tablespoon unsalted butter, melted and cooled Directions Preheat a non-stick griddle to 375 degrees F (185 degrees C).
