This is an all-around homemade dip. Best in stir-fry beef, pork, chicken (especially Buffalo wings), even chips and steamed veggies. The whole family, even friends love this. Best served chilled. You can substitute 1/2 tablespoon minced garlic for onion, or you can mix both!

Ingredients

Original recipe (1X) yields 6 servings

  • ¼ cup mayonnaise

  • 1 tablespoon distilled white vinegar

  • 1 tablespoon soy sauce

  • 1 ½ teaspoons water, or more as needed

  • 1 tablespoon minced onion

Directions

  1. Stir the mayonnaise, white vinegar, soy sauce, and water together in a bowl just until combined. Add more water as desired for thinner consistency. Stir in minced onion.

  2. Cover with plastic wrap and refrigerate until cold.
