Ingredients

Original recipe (1X) yields 10 servings

  • 1 extra large egg

  • 1 tablespoon lemon juice

  • 1 teaspoon Dijon mustard

  • ½ teaspoon sea salt, or to taste

  • 1 pinch cayenne pepper, or to taste

  • 1 cup light olive oil

Directions

  1. Combine egg, lemon juice, mustard, salt, and cayenne pepper in a blender; blend until smooth. Drizzle in olive oil, blending until the mixture thickens, about 5 minutes.
