This sweet coleslaw recipe calls for adding a little orange juice to make the dressing a little sweeter. This recipe easily makes enough for 10 people or more. If it's on the thin side, add another 1/2 cup mayonnaise. If it's too thick, thin with more orange juice.

Ingredients

Original recipe (1X) yields 12 servings

  • 1 ¼ cups mayonnaise

  • ¼ cup sour cream

  • ¼ cup white sugar

  • 2 tablespoons white balsamic vinegar

  • 1 tablespoon orange juice

  • ¼ teaspoon ground black pepper

  • 2 ½ heads cabbage, shredded

  • 2 carrots, shredded

Directions

  1. Combine mayonnaise, sour cream, sugar, white balsamic vinegar, orange juice, and black pepper in a bowl.

  2. Combine cabbage and carrots in a large bowl. Drizzle dressing over top; toss to coat.
