Original recipe (1X) yields 12 servings 2 cups all-purpose flour 1 teaspoon baking soda ½ teaspoon baking powder ½ teaspoon ground cinnamon ¼ teaspoon salt 1 cup brown sugar ½ cup butter, softened 3 bananas, mashed 1 cup grated carrots 1 cup walnuts Directions Preheat oven to 350 degrees F (175 degrees C).
