I hope you people like this recipe as much as I do. It was given to me by a friend a few years ago when I asked for a dressing recipe for green salad. nThis is very smooth and fantastic-tasting. Store, covered, in the refrigerator. Use within a few hours to prevent discoloration.

Ingredients

Original recipe (1X) yields 10 servings

  • 2 avocados - peeled, pitted, and mashed

  • ¾ cup sour cream

  • â…“ cup milk

  • 1 tablespoon lemon juice

  • ½ teaspoon celery salt

  • 3 dashes hot pepper sauce, or to taste

Directions

  1. Whisk avocado, sour cream, milk, lemon juice, celery salt, and hot pepper sauce together in a bowl until smooth and creamy.
