  • 1 (15 ounce) can garbanzo beans, drained with liquid reserved

  • 1 tablespoon lemon juice

  • 1 tablespoon olive oil

  • 1 tablespoon tahini

  • 1 roasted red pepper

  • 1 teaspoon salt

  • 1 clove garlic, minced

Directions
